Freedom loving renaissance british philospher John Locke, who greatly influenced the thinking of many of America’s founding fathers, wrote that people should have “the right to life, liberty, and the acquistion of property,” as also written in the state of Virginia’s Declaration of Rights; the freedom to buy and sell, and to use your property as you see fit, the phrase altered by Jefferson and Franklin composing the Declaration of Independence to read “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” an odd change for sure. 

But the Founding Fathers were clearly capitalists, not liking the excessive taxation and government control exerted by England, so they would not appreciate the government takeover of whole industries by Team Obama these days, comparing his tactics to that of the domineering British government of colonial England, who impeded the people of young America in their pursuit of life, liberty, and property, not government control of almost every aspect of our lives like being attempted by Team Obama, in the tradition of government control freaks through the centuries.

Property loses value when the government, through excessive regulation and taxation, limits how the property can be utililized and improved for profit, such as the Obama administration seeking to greatly curtail corporate and private energy use and thereby limit the utilization of the means of production in our country, one of the reasons for our current stagnant and possibly failing economy, why the big government people, led by Obama, must be voted out of office, starting with Congress in 2010.

And in opposing Sarah Palin’s “drill here drill now” energy strategy, on the oil rich continental shelves off the U. S. coasts, the environmental extremists, seeking supranational environmental control over us, led by B. Hussein Obama, devalue our shared national mineral rights here in the U. S., the right to freedom, through the acquisition and development of property, such as our fantastically rich oil reserves which would provide hundreds of thousands of jobs and a big step toward energy independence, as we also seek price competitive alternative energy sources, without excessive government taxation and regulation prohibing such development of course.

Rush Limbaugh, sagacious as usual today, half joked that the left wing media’s whitewashing of Fort Hood shooter Nidal Malik Hasan’s obvious connection to islamic jihad (he even worshipped in the same mosque as 9/11 terrorists) is similar to Barack Obama saying he never heard Jeremiah Wright say anything incendiary in the over twenty years he attended his church in Chicago, as the audacious apologists for Islam, even spokespersons from the U. S military, would have us believe that Hasan was just angry because some soldiers had teased him, certainly ridiculous, since he has defended and applauded the islamic jihadis who seek to destroy Israel and America.

And the Obama administration had to be cajoled by enraged patriots into flying the flag over the weekend at half mast at the White House in remembrance of the fallen at Fort Hood, really causing one to take pause wondering whose side they’re on, with the FBI reportedly having been instructed by the White House to not investigate the case as an act of islamic jihad, but just a guy who didn’t like the fellas questioning his allegiance, no doubt wondering aloud what he was doing in the U. S. military when Islam is an avowed enemy of “infidel” armies such as that of the United States, now involved in the fight against those whom Hasan admires, the jihadis of Islam, seeking to enslave the world for Allah.

The information on Hasan’s professional calling card included the initials SOA, Soldier of Allah, the same Allah who instructed Muhammed back in the day to kill everybody who wouldn’t bow to Islam, now Hasan just a mini modern version of Muhammed, who sought to control for Islam by the sword, not by the power of oral persuasion, by the Word of God, practiced by the followers of Jesus Christ, who are instructed to preach the gospel in all the world, this preaching of the gospel illegal in muslim nations, as Muhammed would have it.

The shooter at Fort Hood in Texas, muslim army psychiatrist Nidal Malik Hasan, is a model for any aspiring islamic jihadi infiltrator into the u. s. armed forces, shouting Allah Akbar while he methodically, and with obviously great islamic conviction and fervor, mowed down dozens of his supposed compatriots, his manifested allegiance plainly to the teachings of the Muslim’s Koran and Hadith which command him to kill “the infidels.”

The fiend Hasan is an American of Jordanian descent, yet he listed his ancestry as Palestinian on his official records, obviously to make a political statement, as islamic jihadis think that Muslims, not Jews, should control Jerusalem and the Holy Land, along with his belief that the U. S. Army should not be anywhere in the Middle East at all, not really the kind of psychiatrist with whom American soldiers would particularly want to counsel after a rough tour of duty in the Middle East fighting Taliban and Al Qaida.

We here in the U. S. must come to grips with the fact that the goals of Islam are at odds with our national and personal interests, seeking to destroy our democracy to replace it with an islamic caliphate, beholding to Mecca, therefore, particularly in the military, caution must be taken when loyal Muslims are brought into the fold, because their playbook is not ours, not to be trusted, particularly in the military, as is now quite apparent for all to see.

I suppose Hassan, a 40 year old bachelor, was looking forward to 72 virgins in Allah’s heaven for loyal martyrs, so far denied as he survived to be questioned about his horrific act of terrorism, but maybe the interrogators can let him know that the number 72 of virgins is the number of years for the earth’s axis to proceed in its wobble 1 degree, of 360 degrees, the number 72 virgins based on astrology from ancient mapping actually, as explained through simple geometry (meaning earth measure) in article #2 at http://IceAgeCivilizations.com, which could give hope for his return to sanity, perhaps to become a born again christian.

The primary shooter who killed the 12 and wounded the 31 at Fort Hood, Texas was Major Malik Nidal Hasan, a muslim officer, probably conspired with two now in custody for this murderous rampage.  On the tube an onsite military man was just asked if this Hasan is the same involved in an incident at a nearby convenience store recently, but the tv link was switched back to the studio before the the spokesman responded to the query.

Such infiltration of the military (if applicable in this case) has been a goal of global islamic jihad led by Al Qaida for years, which may, I repeat may, have just manifested in this heinous act.  We await the investigation, also of another report that a sniper was involved, but the horrible damage has been done, surely to affect the psyche of our military men and women for years to come, but we will root out the bad apples, knowing that these, if they are jihadists, are merely obeying the commands of Muhammed, the founder of Islam.

Update:  Hasan acted alone, a muslim army doctor, so perhaps he was a one man terror cell, motivated by the admonitions of Al Qaida and other followers of Muhammed.  He walked around Fort Hood in his muslim garb when off duty, and preached that the u. s. should not be in the Middle East, so his murderous rampage certainly should have been averted, as reports now are that he shouted Allah Akbar while shooting the helpless soldiers.

When a child is born prematurely, is he/she not a person?  According to the Roe v. Wade decision on abortion, that child is not a person because if he/she had not been born prematurely, he/she could still be legally aborted, which is a reality unsavory to the vast majority of Americans, so the good folks at http://PersonhoodUSA.com are doing something about it, filing ballot initiatives in various states to establish that personhood begins when the child’s biological development begins, that is in the womb.

The legal reasoning for these ballot initiatives applies to the Fourteenth Amendment of the Constitution, establishing that:  

“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to jurisdictions thereof, are citizens of the United States and the state wherein they reside.” 

The germane point of logic is that the person, according to the verbiage, is already a person when he/she is born, the amendment doesn’t say “all blobs of organic material born are citizens,” it says all persons born, they already are considered persons when born, clear to any objective reader.

Should laws be passed in many states establishing that personhood begins with the child’s biological development in the womb (fetus means child), Roe v. Wade will certainly be readdressed at the Supreme Court, where it will be hard to argue that the Fourteenth Amendment does not implicitly say the child in the womb is a person when born, so the issue almost certainly would be left to the individual states to decide, according to the Tenth Amendment, since abortion is not discussed in the U. S. Constitution, and the right to privacy applies to personal posessions, papers, and records, not to a mother who temporarily is the physical host of another person, plainly not a permanent “part of her body.”

Crafty left wing media talking heads have been saying that there’s a divide in the Republican party threatening its future viability as a national political force, but with left wing republican candidate Dede Scozzafava dropping out of New York’s District 23 race today, the candidate representing patriotic populism, Conservative party candidate Dan Hoffman, will hammer the Democrat in the special election on Tuesday, with Hoffman having been endorsed by Sarah Palin, adding fuel to the fire of her campaign engine for the 2012 presidency, as the Republican elites, such as Michael Steele, have agreed to throw their support behind the upstart Hoffman in the election, apparently now finally hearing what the public is trying to say to the leadership in Washington D.C. 

The Obamabots in the left wing media will say that Scozzafava’s failure in the race shows weakness in the Republican party, but since the Republican elites may now have finally smelled the coffee, having endorsed Hoffman, we can look for more patriotic populists to emerge on the Republican ticket in the congressional races for 2012, espousing school choice, responsible yet minimal government regulation, secure borders, strong national defense, and (of course) freedom of speech on the airwaves and internet, all solutions supported by the vast majority of Americans, as Sarah Palin well knows, set to appear on the Oprah Show, Nov. 16, which should really be something to see, so be sure to check-it-out, must see tv, much to the chagrin of the odd ones, David Letterman and Bill Maher, who will probably have nightmares about this for months, then perhaps to come to their senses, as millions of Obamabots continue to come out of the trance.

Sarah Palin on Facebook said that this morning, Saturday, Oct. 31, John Boehner has a real “game changer” announcement of plans by the Republicans for healthcare, however, it turns out he mentions the big three key components of a wisely constructed healthcare plan which conservatives have been touting for months now already, proposing much needed malpractice insurance litigation reform, unfettered interstate competition for the insurance companies, and pooling of individual policyholders for greater leverage in negotiations with the insurance companies, which are all great ideas, certainly which would help lower insurance costs for Americans, but the real crux of the issue is how to cover the remaining millions who still wouldn’t buy health insurance. 

Obama wants to insure the tens of millions of illegal aliens in America pursuing his stated goal of full amnesty citizenship for the border jumpers who (on a net basis) are sapping our system, sometimes working in cohoots with unscrupulous u. s. employers, but often just living off the system, with millions filling our prisons too, so illegal immigration certainly must be wisely controlled for successful reform of our healthcare system, unless of course, you want to help insure half of Mexico, which is Obama’s unfortunate desire.

Eighty percent of Americans want illegal immigration controlled, as too they certainly don’t want to insure those illegal visitors, so Palin and Boehner should state the obvious, that healthcare reform is a joke without immigration reform.  And when we’ve regained control of our borders, federal income tax credits for donations to charity hospitals should be allowed for a few years, to fund the refurbishment of old, and build new, charity hospitals, to provide good medical service for low income Americans who still wouldn’t have the money or the desire to buy health insurance, despite the lower premiums which would follow interstate competition, tort reform, and pooling of individual premium purchasers for collective bargaining leverage.

As the Persians of king Cambyses were bearing down on ancient Egypt circa 600 B.C., the egyptian leader Amasis had awarded the inland port city on the most western Canopic branch of the Nile, 50 miles from the sea, to the Greeks, the previously small river town which became Naucratis, a key international trade emporium for the powerful mediterranean naval juggernaut from the city states of the Aegean region, however, awarded that delta river town on a branch of the Nile which would become literally just a trickle by the time Alexander the Great had established his mediterranean coast port city Alexandria, twenty miles to the west of the mouth of that Canopic Branch, with the ruins of Naucratis “upstream,” abandoned when it had become no longer navigable by about 400 B.C.

Herodotus was mistaken when he wrote that Naucratis had always been Egypt’s greatest port city, for even at his time, circa 450 B.C., the delta city Sais, on the Rosetta branch of the Nile east of the Canopic, was the biggest port city on the Mediterranean of Egypt, and since Herodotus didn’t even mention the huge port cities now submerged at the mouth of the Canopic branch, in Abu Kir Bay, east of Alexandria, of Menouthis and Heraklion, it’s clear that those cities were indeed submerged long before Herodotus traveled to Egypt, where the only town in the vicinity at the time of Herodotus and later Alexander was Canopus, with one temple there dedicated to Hercules and a small population dependent on fishing, where Alexander would then build his city which supplanted Sais as Egypt’s biggest Mediterranean port for international commerce.

A thousand years before the Greeks turned the sleepy riverport town on the dwindling Canopic branch into Naucratis, the Nile flowed with much greater volume, almost lapping at the paws of the Sphinx at the apex of the Delta at Giza near Memphis, when ancient Heraklion and Menouthis, downstream at the mouth of the Canopic branch, were the port cities during the so-called bronze age, but when the river’s flow began to decrease, the sea level paradoxically rose, actually because the Ice Age had begun to end, can you believe it, circa 1500 B.C.?  The reduction of the flow of the Nile is confirmed with the Ipuwer Papyrus from circa 1400 B.C., at the time of the jewish Exodus, catastrophic dessication which forever altered Egypt, forcing the so-called New Kingdom, when Sais was established as the new port city because Heraklion and Menouthis had been consumed by the sea, when the Ice Age ended.

Since Barack Obama is the president of the United States, don’t you suppose he could instruct the state of Hawaii to produce his long form birth certificate for all the world to see, to put to rest the “birther controversy?”  After all, the controversy only continues to erode his credibility, as almost everybody knows that the colb, the certificate of live birth, copies of which have been waived around by wildeyed progressives, can be phoned in, without the hospital and doctor of record, as may well have been the case with Obama.

What does Obama have to hide?  He’s hiding something, otherwise, he would long ago have settled the issue, but when you google Frank Marshall Davis Obama, you’ll see an apparently obvious genetic connection, much greater affinity than to Barack Sr., who really looks nothing like Barack Jr. at all, so this could be the problem for the presdient, lying about his paternity, the son of a famous black liberation communist with Chicago connections (can you say Saul Alinsky?), it’s such a small world, rendered plausible by that ”Frank” was a longtime friend of the family, noted by Obama in his book Dreams of My Fathers.

Obama’s days in the White House may certainly be numbered, with legislation for official proof of birth for presidential candidates poised to be enacted if the Republicans take effective control of Congress in 2010, which is not out of the question, as Gallup now says 40% of Americans claim to be conservative, while only 20% claim to be liberal, which would mean landslide victories for the Republicans in 2010, if only they will put up candidates who support populist ideas, such as school choice, low taxes, secure borders, strong alliance with Israel, and drill here drill now, all supported by Sarah Palin, who is licking her chops at the prospect of debating these issues with perhaps Hillary Clinton during the general election campaign for president in 2012.
