There’s a reason that the word for kings, rulers, is the same word used for distance measure, the ruler, like a foot long ruler, which back in the days of ancient Greece was a bit longer than our current one; the ancient greek foot was 12.15 inches, because that length is 1/6,000th of a nautical mile, which in turn is 1/21,600th of the circumference of the earth, calculated by measuring time, but not by measuring solar transit time as we do today with precise modern instrumentation, the ancients measured the earth by measuring precession time, the rate of the slow wobble of the earth’s axis, which is 72 years/degree of 360.  The ancient mapping system of the Greeks, Egyptians, Phoenicians, Atlanteans, Ramans, and Jomons, were predicated upon this method to measure earth distances by the stars.

See this methodology for geometry (earth measure) explained in article #2 at, understanding that the ancient metric systems were derived by measuring geographic locations relative to the shifting positions of the stars, from which came the numerology for the religion of astrology, which casts spiritual meaning on simple astronomy and geometry, mere manifestations of the creator God, however, created so that humans could measure the earth by simple instrumentation and a rudimentary knowledge of mathematics.
