You can bet your bottom dollar that the christophobic left wing mainstream media will not be interviewing marine chaplain Patrick McLaughlin about his fascinating new book No Atheists in Foxholes, because McLauglin notes that there are very few soldiers in trouble in the battlefield who do not call on Jesus Christ in their moments of trauma, and this centrality of Jesus Christ in the minds of the stressed soldiers, proving that Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life,” and that “no man comes to the Father but by me (Jesus),” certainly rings true to these soldiers who face death. Nobody calls on Allah for help in these times, as he is the author of fear and alienation, but Jesus is the God of love, forgiveness, healing, and eternal salvation, so His calling card is sought by the distressed soldiers, as also, no doubt, they too have heard of miracles, and many have experienced it, in the battlefield.
Our soldiers’ predominant belief in the God of the Bible is no doubt one of the reasons our men and women in uniform compose the most awesome fighting force in the world. They are uncommonly merciful in the battlefield, when the situation calls for it, earning the respect and awe of the people in the Middle East who watch them in action, and they fight with such valor and selflessness that victory is common for them on a day to day basis, bringing great fear in the hearts of their islamic jihad enemies, who can only fall back on Allah in stress, the Allah who is not a loving god, but a tyrant, demanding that people around the world convert to Islam, by the sword or gun if necessary, while the christian military men and women allow the Muslims in the land which they have come to dominate to worship whomever or whatever they choose, respecting the sanctity of free will and intellectual honesty, which is anathema to Islam.
Atheistic Americans who doubt the veracity of the Bible, having not yet come face to face with death, really have no good reason to doubt it, because it’s irrefutable history as well as a source of comfort when honestly and sincerely engaged, and the comfort which the american soldiers gain from their faith in Jesus Christs has no doubt had great effect on the iraqi and afghani civilians and soldiers to the point that surely many have come to Jesus Christ, even though they could face death by their families for turning from Islam. Our soldiers are certainly making their mark in the Middle East, through these unfortunate wars which I believe have been necessary to take some of the air out of the global jihadi movement, because they seek to take all the world for Allah by force, whereas, the Christians in America are tolerant of all faiths, but knowing, first hand, that Jesus is truly the way (not a way), the truth (not a truth), and the life (not a life).
