Ben Smith has responded to the allegations that Obama is hiding his true legal birth status, claiming at his Politico blog that Philip Berg’s lawsuit is specious because Obama has supposedly proven that he’s a natural born citizen of the United States, which certainly is not the case, and thereby demonstrates that Smith and his Politico are but tools of the left, not to be trusted, as he obfuscates the real issue, where is the proof that Obama is a natural born citizen of the United States?

Smith has raked http://CitizenWells.wordpress.com over the coals for reporting this as serious news, and now, if you click on the link, Citizen Wells has called out Smith, challenging him to respond to his call, so we shall see if Smith hides, or addresses the issues raised by Citizen Wells and Philip Berg in his lawsuit, soon considered at the Supreme Court.

The evidence actually indicates that Obama was born in Kenya, then came to America, and then was certainly adopted by Lolo Soetoro, to become a citizen of Indonesia, named Barry Soetoro, so he’s a duel citizen at best, which in-and-of-itself renders Obama not qualified to be president, and since the evidence indicates he was actually born in Kenya, he may not even be a naturalized citizen of the U. S., but really an illegal alien, never having gone through the naturalization process for U. S. citizenship.

Update:  If you’ll google Frank Marshall Davis Obama, you’ll see that “Frank” from Dreams of My Father could well be Obama’s real biological father, much resemblance there, whereas Obama looks really nothing like Obama Sr., so that the president’s real father perhaps was a famous communist black liberation spokesman and poet, Frank Marshall Davis, could be the reason Obama doesn’t want his birth certificate made public.

Hundreds of protesters marched outside the LA Times offices yesterday, demanding that the liberal rag newspaper release the tape of Barack Obama at the Arab American Action Network banquet in 2003 with terrorists William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, and ex PLO spokesman Rashid Khalidi, where it’s reported that they equated the nation of Israel to al Qaida, wanton terrorists, when in reality, Israel is only fighting for her very existence.  The LA Times could at least release the full transcript of what is said on the tape, but they won’t even do that, because the original article about the event written last spring, during the Democrats’ primary, was no doubt published to help Hillary, but now, it’s a huge vulnerablity for Obama, with all the attention on it, and so, the American people are once again vividly reminded of the extreme left wing mainstream media bias for B. Hussein Obama, who is slipping in the polls by the day.

And with early absentee balloting in California and Florida looking very good for McCain, running even with Obama in Cali, and leading by 4% in Florida, the writing is on the wall for the liberals’ ill-fated hopes, now having to deal with Fox News’ Griff Jenkins’ ambush interview of Rashid Khalidi at an elevator in New York City yesterday, presumably at Columbia U., where Khalidi was none to pleased to see Griff, and hear the few questions which he was able to quickly utter before Khalidi hid in the corner of the elevator, awaiting the door to finally close.  It looked real bad for Obama, like Khalidi was certainly hiding, for good reason, he’s just one of a long line of islamists whom B. Hussein has befriended, rendering his claim vacuous that he is a Christian who naturally would support Israel, in oppostion to his actual goals with Rashid Khalidi and Islam.

Chris Matthews, on Hardball tonight, was talking about Sarah Palin’s belief that God blessed America with ample energy resources, specifically oil and gas, so we should drill for it, almost giggling with Salon magazine’s Joan Walsh that Sarah Palin must be thinking it happened as the Bible says, during the catastrophic sedimentation of the flood year, the Deluge of Noah’s time, with Chris offering that he’d love to ask her about that.

Anita Moncrief, worker in the ACORN office in D. C. from 2005 through 2008, has come forward in state court in Pennsylvania, blowing the whistle against ACORN’s systematic voter registration fraud, in not inspecting any of the registrations for legitimacy, and then flooding the election system with the hundreds of thousands of bogus registrants, some of those registrants already processed as votes, in states where you can register and vote in the same week, so this will flush the likes of Olbermann, Matthews, and Blitzer, out of the bushes, so to speak, forcing their hand to admit that Obama stands to benefit by perhaps half a million votes, because of voter fraud criminally institutionalized by Obama’s patrons at ACORN, through Project Vote, the branch of ACORN for which Ms. Moncrief worked, and I can safely say, no longer works.

The Gallup Poll now shows Obama leading McCain 47% to 45%, so it’s pretty clear that  Obama will not make 50% on Nov. 4, as more is being made known about B. Hussein (aka Barry Soetoro), because the left wing media is now being forced to cover the Obama scandals, due to the blogosphere’s having made the information available to the public, which is now demanding some answers from Team Obama and his allies in the left wing mainstream media, who are now scrambling to rationalize their ignorance of these issues up ’til now, causing Obama’s lead to erode, steadily, which could easily cause Obama to finish at around 45%, with McCain taking almost all the rest; a landslide for McCain, what we need, because Obama probably already has a million vote lead by ACORN voter fraud and the disallowance of perhaps 500,000 military votes on technicalities, no doubt flagged by Democrat operatives knowing that McCain leads Obama 3 to 1 in the military vote, as polled by the Military Times.

Team McCain is demanding that the LA Times release the tape of Barack Obama at the Arab America Action League’s dinner banquet for Rashid Khalidi, former spokesman for the PLO, which seeks to destroy Israel, and such sentiments were uttered by Khalidi and others on the tape, with Obama sitting in agreenent in the small exclusive banquet meeting.  The release of the tape would further drive-down Obama’s poll numbers, particularly with terrorists William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn also in the banquet audience, agreeing that the PLO should takeover Israel, but even if the LA Times doesn’t release it, the flames of the public’s perception that the mainstream media is in-the-tank for Obama are only fanned, so the LA Times won’t win either way, and therefore, should go ahead and release the tape to salvage their already badly damaged reputation, which is not much better than the New York Times,’ the NYT’s which has recently been classified as a junk investment by Standard and Poors.

Obama has a new tv ad which tells his supporters to ask for the day off from work or school on Nov. 4 to go do election day work for Team Obama, which probably will not go over well with bosses and co-workers for McCain/Palin, so look for a backlash here too, with many business owners granting the day off for McCain supporters to go out and work for Team McCain on election day, if they allow the Obama people to have the day off to work for their guy.
