I have read that Iowa homeschooler straw-poll primary voters are behind Ron Paul bigtime, but presuming most of these are evangelical Christians, in voting for Paul, they would be voting for the economic and military abandonment of Israel, which would put the U.S. on the short end of the stick in God’s eyes, as God says that any friend of Israel is a friend to Him, and vice-versa for the enemies of Israel. With Paul as president, pledging to not help defend Israel nor economically assist them, we would be an enemy of God by omission of the assistance for Israel which we are capable of providing, have provided, and should continue to provide.
The Muslim countries do not trade with Israel, treating them as if they aren’t there, even showing maps in the Muslim school geography classes that don’t even show Israel, but what is shown is “Palestine,” which Alexander the Great named Israel after conquering it, demeaningly naming it Palestine after Israel’s long ago vanquished foe, the Philistines, so do the Christian homeschoolers in Iowa realize this? Do they really want to turn their backs on Israel?
Ron Paul is great for the public discourse about fiscal and monetary policy, wanting big government to relinquish much control to local governments, and wanting big federal spending cuts, and he rightly supports school choice for families who want the option to send their kids to private schools with the $10,000, or so, which is spent per child in the public school system per year, but so does Rudy Giuliani, who has pledged to fight Islamic jihad against America, help defend Israel, and cut taxes and federal spending where appropriate, so he satisfies the requirements of Bible believing Christians for a president, even pledging to appoint strict constructionist Supreme Court Justices to allow the individual states to decide the abortion issue, nothing less than the pro life candidates can offer, so vote Giuliani, the only candidate who can defeat Hillary and her socialist juggernaut of “liberalism.”
