Leap Seconds Added to Atomic Clock Time Every Two Years Revealing Constant Earth Spin Rate Slowdown Indicating Young Earth and Universe as Biblical Genesis Clearly States

Since the implementation of the very precise atomic clock (about fifty years ago), leap seconds have been added to atomic clock time to take into account the constant slowdown of the earth’s spin rate, and these leap seconds are added, on average, every two years, reflecting that the earth’s spin rate slows about 0.6 seconds per year, so what was the earth’s spin rate millions of years ago?

At this apparently constant earth-spin-rate slowdown of about a half second per year, 10 million years ago, a day would have been about twelve hours long, so how is this factored into the Darwinian evolutionary scheme which requires millions and billions of years for ostensible plausibility?

And according to the Darwinian scheme, hundreds of millions of years ago, fish were supposedly morphing into reptiles, but with this rate of earth-spin-rate slowdown, a day back then would have been the duration of the time it takes for you to sneeze, so did a day of that duration supposedly enhance the morphing of fish into reptiles?  I think we need a clarification on this from the Darwinists.
